I've been fiddling with a #esp8266 and #ds18b20. Came up with a battery powered wifi temperature logger. Currently it broadcasts a UDP packet for every ds18b20 it finds. Its still on the breadboard, along with the ftdi connections. I'll post the more streamlined version. The display on the left is a little python udp listener, which also does a C to F conversion. On the right is a tcpdump of the broadcast packet. But of course the fun didn't stop there....
